We currently only ship within the United States (48 contiguous states). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO addresses or Internationally.
Ground shipping does not guarantee date for delivery. Basket Solutions is not reliable for shipping delays caused by the shipping companies, wrong or missing information from the customer, weather delays or acts of God.
Local hand deliveries are made Mon - Fri 9 am – 5 pm, Saturday if specifically requested prior to placing the gift basket order. No deliveries on Sundays or holidays.
Please ensure that the delivery information is correct, in the event it is incorrect, we will charge an additional $15.00 delivery charge in order to re-deliver the gift basket to the correct address. Telephone numbers of the recipient are required to confirm address and delivery time for local delivery.
Gift baskets will not be left at the recipients door unless specifically requested to do so. Basket Solutions will take no responsibility for the gift basket once it has left our hands. We strongly recommend someone be home to accept delivery.
Some cities and zip codes fall outside our local hand delivery area. Please call or email for delivery rates if your delivery zip code is not listed and you want hand delivery instead of shipping.

If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order then the full amount will be refunded. Once the gift basket has shipped then the order cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.
Depending on product availability we may substitute a product of equal or greater value in order to complete your order, however, quality will not be compromised. During summer months (May to Oct) chocolate will be substituted with cookies or candies that will not melt.
If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. Delivery or shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact us immediately.
