How do you place an order ... ?

You can call us, order online (secure server), email us, or print off a PDF order form and fax it to us at 403-452-0486.

What forms of payment do you accept ... ?

We accept VISA, MC and Corporate Accounts on OAC.

When will my gift be delivered ... ?

Your order will be hand delivered within 2-3 business days unless special request is made. Please contact customer service to verify special delivery date. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, no weekends or holidays.

Do you accept large or multiple orders ... ?

Yes, we do. However we require additional lead time (2-3 weeks) to make sure that we have the product in stock to fill your order. Large orders may require a 50% deposit when order is placed.

Can I include a gift card ... ?

Yes, gift cards are included with every basket with your personalized message.

Will my personal information be secure ... ?

Absolutely, Your privacy is very important to us. Basket Solutions does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. All information will only be used to process your orders or following up on your requests. We may occasionally send out emails to inform you of upcoming promotions or products.
